How can I fix my Challenge Pressure Washer DW-1800BH?

There is not very much pressure on the water coming from nozzle but also a lot of water is leaking from the pressure washer handle. Can someone please advise what the problem might be? how to fix it? and if there is a recommended repair centre within Stoke On Trent area? All help would be appreciated.
