cannot get dialling tone on my binatone modelcaprice 670?

1st thing to do is check your line with a basic corded phone. (recommendation is that you always have one, as cordless do not work in a power cut.)
If that is ok, then it is a fault with your cordless, As you have only had them 2 months return get refund.

IF no dial tone on corded, You have a fault on your line, contact your provider.
