Dyson CRO2 outerdoor?

Hi ,we have a Dyson CRO2.The machine keeps telling us shut outer door when it already is. theres no sign of any broken plastic bits.No fault codes and its the fourth time to call dyson out again to replace door catch in 7years,Not sure if it needs a catch and not sure if its worth spending another £99 pound for mr Dyson to enjoy.The machine only does one wash a week, is it worth fixing at this expense?.Cheers Jon.
