I have a challenge xtreme 1800 pressure washer model DW1840bv ,which I have only used twice, went to use it today and it keeps cutting out as if power is intermitant . when first plugged in splutters on and off, then permanantly off! Checked plug and switch but no obvious fault. Please can you suggest another cause.
Water feed seems o.k. , but I think I have just remedied it, disconnected the lance and turned on, the water came out fine without turning off or being intermitant! Think the lance is the problem.
