Yes Certainly, on the flat side of the switch slide down a small screwdriver and push towards the wand, then pull the switch up, you will notice that just the cover has come off, you will need a star screwdriver ( torx ) but if you can find a small enough screwdriver you can undo it, when you remove the screw just pull the whole thing out, the wires will still be attached so make sure that the dyson is unplugged.
