Asko w6011 washing machine repair on curcuit board?

Hi,
We have an asko w6011 quottro series washing machine which has a burnt out heating element relay on the curcuit board.The machine works well when set on 0deg celcius (cold wash) but when set on warmer setting it does not heat and does not complete the wash cycle.We found out it was not the thermistor or the heating element itself.The small flat black plastic square (which I think is the heating element relay) on the curcuit board is burnt around it.Can this be repared or do you have to replace the whole board???
