Re Tevion 4gb MP4 Player Model TM311.



I am having some difficulty in downloading and playing Movie files to my MP4 Player.

The instructions are not helpful.



I have sent the convert file to my computer and installed it.



I assume now I have to convert my selected file on my computer BEFORE sending it to the MP4 Player?



When I get the first programme interface page, I press ADD and then need to set the resolution. The help file suggests 220x176 but the page only gives me the option of 128x128 or 160x128



I cannot enter anything into the source or target files and no drop down choices are available.



In the settings box there are three options the options are not in English and not any language I recognise.



In the aspect ratio box there are three options 4.9 and 16.3 plus a further option in some unrecognisable symbols.



Can you help please?
