Are you trying to reinstall Windows? What version? That computer comes with Windows 7 64 bits, whitch is a good version.
It may be that the install was aborted in an improper way and that some of the needed files where not properly copyed to the drive.
If that's the case, you'll need to restart the installation process from the beggining.
If it worked before, you should chose the "Update" option. This will repair the installation while preserving any user files, all your settings and installed programms. It will suppress all updates to Windows. Use the auto update to reinstall those.
If there are any user files to preserve, ABSOLUTELY DON'T do any "factory reset" as it will totaly whipe the drive from any content.
