How can I fix my GR6CVK bottom oven?

I have a leisure electric cooker GR6CVK double oven,the bottom oven is not working. Element had blown, this has now been replaced but there is no orange LED light when you switch the bottom oven on, everything else is working, top oven,grill and hobs,is there a fuse or trip switch? The small timing display is dead.
