Zaffira central locking not working?

Zaffira 1999 dropped key and chip fell put. tried jump starting then AA came told me it was the chip and changed a blown fuse.car started but next morning flat battery because internal light still on and central locking not working.key in the door does not work the central locking.checked fuses and resynched the key .when fob is pressed lights flash and relay you can hear click.any help please
