defrost heater may have stuck on. could be sensor , or relay/triac fault. Quick way, Unplug unit. in back of freezer, you will have a panel, unscrew it, find heater and unplug it. Make sure that the wire cannot touch anything. plug unit in, will probably start to freeze. Problem then is it will not defrost anymore, so you would have to find faulty component, or get someone in, but unit would be working, you would need to manually defrost.
