I have now put the thermastat in the freezer that did not work and I have changed the PCB (motherboard) still no life. The light, fan or oven is completely dead. Any suggestions
The thermostat has no effect on the oven light - there is a shortage of power - distribution board breaker? local connection in the kitchen? the oven's own fuse?
If there's a shortage of mains power its often a good idea to use some form of test equipment to look for it.
Amazon sell a multi-meter for under £4.
