beko d532?

I have a beko d532 electric cooker and have the same issue back right hob and oven is not working the rest works fine, I tryed take the thermal fuse out and chucked it off the floor as suggested by sevral people through the post, this didn't work for me, after the fuses payed me back wih a nasty shock I moved my attention to the wiring, I tryed the top grill wire with the bottom oven wire and this had the oven and the back right hob working again my problems down to the wiring or where the wire attaches to on the front right hand side (if standing in front of cooker) can anyone help me wih what this part is called and if known where I can source the part many thanks mark

Yh I tossed the fuse off the floor 4-5 people tryed this and confirmed it fixed there oven, with nothing to loose and everything to gain I gave it a try, its meant to be a common fault and a easy fix, iv now changed the fuse and wires also the top oven/Grill door switch and its still not working, you seem to know your stuff mm maybe you could point out what the problem could be, iv stated what iv changed on the cooker with no joy but the oven does work when I use the top grill wire with the bottom oven wire its a head scratcher, id appreciate more useful info on what the problem could be, other than someone trying to knock my attempts, if I had money to play with id call someone in fact is i don't and I got my family to look out for thanks for the reply though
