my clutch pedal goes right to the floor ?

You have all the help I can manage - sorry.

Best perhaps to enter another question with a more descriptive fault condition and a more qualified person might respond.

"I have to push clutch all the way down before changing gear and it comes back up - but the pedal goes down really easily."

I meant I have to push clutch all the way down before changing gear but it does come back up again but the pedal goes down really easily

This happened on my 03 Ford Fiesta.

The clutch-pedal lever operated on the pin of the clutch hydraulic cylinder - the oil cylinder gave the pedal the resistance I used to feel with my foot.

Lever and cylinder pin were held in line with one another with a little spring clip - and the clip fell off allowing the pedal lever to drift to one side with nothing to press against - as a temporary measure I tied the two together with an electrical cable tie - it's been like this for the past four or five years.

You need to kneel down and get a torch into the foot-well to see what's going on.

I suspect that your problem may well be similar to the floppy clutch issue I had.
