how do i get the volume to work on the sky remote?

u need to programe the correct tv code into the remote. ie if it samsung and the codes are 127, 675 , 167, 877. try the other codes to as some codes will only give functions that dont work with ur tv. like it will change channel but volume does not work. so try the other codes till u get the right one
