How do i fix my upstairs lighting?

Hi there, I have no power to the upstairs of my house downstairs is fine. I wonder if anyone can help.

If fuseboard is marked up switch off upstairs circuit breaker then back on again,if not locate all 6amp breakers and do the same,some times breakers trip but do not drop down

We cannot find an rcd unit what next?

check the rccd unit,if a bulb blows it will trip,this is normal look for a unit with a button on it and check to see if the switch is down if it is just switch it back up,

have you located the fuse board - probably next to the electric meter
check the position of all the trip switches.
make sure they are on....

if not take a note of what is off and then try and reset them - or turning them on.
