Vokera boiler green flashing light after fixed water pressure?

Hi
I thought I'd fixed my boiler problems after I figured out how to add water to the system to increase the water pressure over 1. The boiler is now turned on and appears to be working but there's no heating or hot water. Can anyone advise on what to do? Thanks very much. Fiona
