no idea what you have done and if my answer will help but you can try. first see if there is any cotton or dirt stuck between tension spring and bobbincase body,if thats clean there should be no reason why the tension could not be adjusted,if cotton is threaded correctly and you turn tension screw it should make a difference.please inform what you have tried but if all else fail its time for new bobbin case
