The guy will be able to find the plug
The plug will be at the end of the cable - presumably the appliance is built-in rather than counter-top - the plug will be in a socket on the wall behind - low behind the plinth or in an adjacent cupboard - the installer will have needed to be able to plug it in - the plug will not be far away.
