Oven door handle?

How do I replace a oven door handle on a Smeg wall oven.
I think it's a FP130x

Pages 53 & 54 show how to remove the door and the door glazing.

After doing this you will see the screws that hold the handle on.

The manual is not specific about replacing the door handle.
