How can I fix my half working De Dietrich Induction How hob?

My De Dietrich induction hob also has only 2 rings/ buttons working. The front and right ones both have constantly flashing, alternating 0 and F symbols. I've tried turning it off and I've tried pressing + and - and unlock together but nothing works. Has anyone solved this one, please?
