Scantronic 9651?

Hi


I have been using my system for a few months with no issues

I added an extra keypad and the games began.....

I am basically unable to get out of engineer mode as there
is a code X21:

Doesnt matter what button I press cant change

Any ideas please

I have searched google, manuals etc just cant find anything

Any help appreciated
