Offside main Beam Headlight stays on when ignition is off
Nearside main Beam switches ok

Control may well be from a relay that's conditioned by the ignition - the relay may be stuck in the on position but I am not an auto electrician - I just speculate. Pull relays until the light goes out perhaps.
