Scania 93m front near side brake binding and smoking?

The front near side brake keeps binding and getting hot and smoking , it's had new front discs as they had severe heat cracks and the near side cracked , people say it's a known fault but I can't find much info , has anybody successful cured the fault, just changing the brake pins at the mo as there is some lift in the caliper
