Leisure Cookmaster 101 Dual fuel?

Looking to bypass the timer, i would like to know precise instructions to get to this please. The enameled countersunk screws on either side of front panel are immovable even with an impact driver. I gather that some folks remove the hob first and some just lever the front panel out enought to access the timer terminals. please help.
