How can I fix my Dimplex omptiflame electric fire?
I have a Dimplex Exbury omptiflame electric fire. The heatng part of the fire works but not the flame effect. Have checked bulbs are ok and have same effect by using remote or manual system
You have to remove the glass which is held in by the plastic quadrant strips ( 3 screws each at the back ) after removing the grate and the spacer surround then the pcb is accessible and is held by 2 screws again at the back
