Renault master 2.5 120dcl 2003?

My turbo went, I have now had it replaced. Now it won't start even with easy start. It used to start first time all the time. A mate said that he thought there is a switch maybe that cuts the fuel? As it won't start I can't get it to a garage.

that cuts the fuel supply in the event of a crash, its usually near the fuel filter, rubber top, press to re-set. get a mobile mechanic out to check things.
