central locking 51 plate key only?

I can only open my drivers door. Once in the car if I press the front passenger door switch it eventually releases the locking. Can get out and lock all doors via passenger door only but will not unlock from same place. Boot also plays up so can only get into drivers side unless manually open all doors but can't do this with boot
