Worcester Greenstar 40CDi fan running contiously?

Sadly, it's time to replace the circuit board. I replaced one for a customer. Then, my own of exactly the same age failed in the same way on Boxing Day. Makes you wonder if there is a clock built in !

You would have to test each component involved in IGNITION SEQUENCE

Gas supply
Gas valve
Fan
Spark generator
Ignition & detection electrodes
Air gas mixture
Pcb
Flue
& finally the CONDENSATE TRAP

You will need
Multimeter
Manometer
Flue gas analyser
& test procedures which can be acquired by ringing Worcester tech
