How do I access pump on a bosch SGS45EO2GB/45?

you can access the impellor of the pump as follows, you will probably find a piece of glass, bone,or similars is jamming the impellor..
Look inside the machine, remove the filters, mop out the water remove the small white plastic piece on the left which has 1 screw (t20 torx head) you will then see the impellor, check it moves freely. if not this, you may need to replace pump. Come back for instructions to replace will run through it for you
