Simpson encore 756 7.5kg Heavy Duty Top Loader?

I can turn on my machine it will fill with water but will not agitate, (show SF on screen) will pump out water and will spin. The spindle seems to be locked in position as will not turn right or left. It has been making a clicking noise. Please help
