What results did you get when you searched for things like "proaction shredder spare parts"?

What replies did you get from the normal suppliers - Argos and Amazon spring to mind - when you asked them whether their product is properly supported with spare parts or whether it is just a pile 'em high and sell 'em cheap Chinese tat with zero support?
