bosch oven door hinges snapped shut?

Just saved myself £99 for a Bosch call out. Arranged, now cancelled. Many thanks for the solution. Took 2 minutes. You have to shove the hinge pretty hard (more than you would think), don't be frightened of it. Best if wife gives you a hand. Why can't Bosch give this advice over the phone, rather than default to an engineer call out ? I suppose the answer is pretty obvious. It's called profit.

Place the door face down on something soft with the hinges facing up and away from you. use a thin screwdriver under the hook of the hinge and use both hands on the screwdriver to push the hook away from you. When it is far enough get someone to slip the holding clip in place before you release pressure on the screwdriver.
