Simpson Eziset 605?

Machine has been a dream for years but recently washing tangles round the agitator - every wash.
Parner moved the machine to clean underneath, so I suppose something becsame unbalanced.
Any ideas?

Usually caused by agitator only going one direction instead of forward and back. That is usually a clutch problem but may also be caused by a motor drive problem. Impossible to diagnose without being there and testing certain things. Lincoln Appliance NZ January 2021
