remove radio from 2004 Dodge Dakota?

Remove face plate and radio from a 2004 Dodge Dakota

1) Put car in 1st gear (trust me on this) -- make sure parking brake is on first 2) Tilt steering wheel all the way down 3) Underneeth the steering wheel there is a panel. This panel is held in by 3 TORX (small, not sure what size) screws on the bottom, and "press in" clips on the top. Remove the bottom screws, then gently pry the piece off. It should pull out towards the driver seat with no problems. 4) Remove the two screws above the steering wheel right inside of the guage cluster area. 5) The whole piece runs from the left side of the steering wheel to the right side of the stereo -- its all one piece. When you pull it off, it has no screws, just clips. These will just pop out easily enough. You'll have to wiggle it alot, disconnect 4 connecters (headlights, 4wd, and two AC connectors) and then the whole piece comes out. From there, its very obvious...

Reinstall is basically the same way... The stereo itself comes out with 4 screws and two connectors.
