I have a leak in my conservatory roof?

I have a small leak comeing through a small joint in my conservatory

my glass roof on the conservatory is leaking. notice the rubber seals on the inside have shrunk and came away from the corners of the pane any suggestions on the best remedy

I live in leyland, preston and have just had my leaky conservatory of 5yrs fixed in no more than 1hr, amazing!

I need to ask a question please. I purchased a conservatory almost 12 months ago.To date it has had 6 or 7 repairs to the leaking roof ,each time i have to ring or write around 10 times to get them out. It still leakes although i did think it worked this last time untill we had the recent rains.what line of action do you recomend i take ?IT was purchased from a company who have been in buisness for a number of years,not from a d i y store.I hope someone can advise me as i am in my seventys and not able to afford litigation. many thanks

How old is it ? if you had it errected by Wickes then check the paperwork and see if it's still covered for leaks etc. If not you have to get in touch with either Wickes or any local conservatory installer and they will pull the section off and replace the rubber sealing gaskets. Silicone run down over the rubber strip works but is short lived. Better to get the job done properly.
