A panel in my conservatory roof has slid down?

A panel in my conservatory roof has slid down leaving a gap of about 2 inches. I have tried to push the panel back up but it seems stuck fast.Is there any easy way to get the panel back or if not whats the best way to get it sorted. for example how do i go about taking roof panel apart.

If you want a long term solution to slipped conservatory roof panels then take a look at an end cap replacement kit, they offer a really effective diy solution. Just google "end cap replacement kit" or visit Truly Conservatory Repairs website. Although they carry out repairs they also sell two types of these kits through eBay, so you could save money by doing the job yourself. The kit has a strong aluminium retainer, so shouldn't drop again! Good Luck :-)

You will more than likely need to take the two roof bar capings off that hold the roof panel in place, then the panel can be put back and the capings. our you can contact conservatory-services.co.uk as they can help

As a roofing contractor, i find that sometimes the flashing "drops" into the 2" gap preventing the sheet from sliding back up. If this is the case, push the flashing up with a broom handle from underneath while someone else pushes the panel back up.
Alternately, a real good dose of lookin at will sometimes let the answer unfold and the solution will be so obvious you'll stand there and say " ohhhhh! i see.
