have lost satalite connect ion on my tomtom 300?

my tomtom 300 has stoppped picking up a gps signal we have reset it several times but would appreciate any help.A Martin

martin you have same problem i had
need to completley reboot sat nav.go to tomtom website,n download upgrade softtware
