Baumatic b187 no heat light or fan?

My Baumatic oven has stopped working. I know there is power going to it as the clock works but when I move it to any of the settings, oven or grill nothing happens, no light, fan or heat.

If I turn it on at the plug with it turned on then the oven light flashes on for a second.

Any thoughts?

It's all working again now I have set the time on the oven....d'oh! I hope this helps any others that missed the blindingly obvious!
