how do i unlock my telstra 6100a??

i have a telstra phone 6100a with 3 handsets..i dont know how 1 of them got locked but it has been..can someone please help me unlock it thanx

you do press# twice. it unlocks. YA!!! acciedently locked mine and this worked.
