How do you set the hour/minutes on Seiko A257-5009 watch?

Need to adjust the hours/minutes for this type of wristwatch and cannot find the instructions...... Please help.

Yes, this upper left button is right to set the time or in "alarm" mode to set the alarm time. But how do we set on and off the alarm ? should have been in that modification process under alarm, but can only acces to the hour, minutes and am/pm. Maybe it's not functionning anymore ?

I have instruction manual. I just used it to set my (forgotten in a drawer) A257-5010 watch. Hold left upper button for four secs to start process; they call this button B.

sorry left upper button...was watching the watch upside down...

press the lock button, right upper one for 4 seconds until the second start flashing...there you go!
