the machine cannot spin until water is pumped off. Try manually draining the machine in to a bowl, emptying the bowl 4/5 times, then advance program to a spin point, turn machine on, If it now spins then the pump was blocked/seized also clean out your sump filter (big black hose that connects to bottom of outer drum,) If motor doesn't spin then suspect the brushes in motor are worn, this worked on my machine. The only cost to you will be the cost of the brushes
