hi Bev,

could be the out of balance switch most of the time located in underneath your controls. also these switches are incorperated with the door latch switch which actives the small microswitch when the lid is lifted.

this part is approx $2.00 AU and is easy to install but first check other entries responses as well.

first check that the pump is running after that clean any filters then check for blockages
