you have a drainage problem, filter blockage or sluggish pump or seized again because of blockage,At the point just BEFORE when the drum spins water should have ALREADY drained/pumped out in your case the speed of the drum throws the water outwards via centrifugal force the only WAY OUT is the soap draw.clean out from the sump hose right through to the drain hose.
