How can I fix my MP3 Player?

The charging side has nothing to do with this problem and may have shorted across the circuit board somewhere or even damaged one of the circuits inside the MP3.
Ok firstly try this remove the battery and leave the mp3 on the side with no battery indside after one minute has elapsed put in a new battery and try it again. If it is still stuck on a screen make sure that none of the buttons are jammed press each button a number of times to make sure it goes back into position fail taht than the unit has to have a malfunction on the board itself which will mean taking it back to where you purchased it or fail than most likely the bin.
