have you tried replacing the glow bar
does it glow when cutting on

You say that you've already replaced the ignitor.Is it the glow coil type? If so and assuming that it is coming on then i would check the sensor which mounts to the side of the burner housing. Two wires run to it and it is mounted by a quarter inch hex head screw.
