how do i remove the rear window swiner from a 2001 vectra?

there is a little clip inbetweent he winder and the door card. it is a bugg3r to get at so just perservere (spelling) I did it by bending the end of a flat head screwdriver and using it as a hook to get it out

There is a really thin horseshoe shaped circlip behind the winder handle . Use a screwdriver to gently lever the winder away from the panel and then use a small thin screwdriver to try and unhook the circlip . A bit awkward but trust me it will come off .
