Candy Activa C514?

The fabric conditioner is not going into the wash, it seens to fill the drawer up with water but it doesn't empty it out into machine. I've tried cleaning drawer out, any other ideas?

conditioner is taken out by siphon pipe which is prob. blocked. Take off top cover, look for flexible rubber pipe, remove and clean it. Check out www.2ndwave.co.uk/manual/index.html
