programmer is not working?

hotpoint aquarius extra, wd63 washer/dryer,

we using the mashing manually only, is it the timer control knob that we need to change?
it was not emptying the water before now is not selecting any programme, using it manually only.
please send me the quotation for the part . is it the knob that needs to be changed?.
