WHEN EVER YOU USE THE CORD WINDER YOU NEED TO PULL IT BACK THEN LET GO.PULLING STRAIGHT OUT OR FOREWORD WILL JUST LOCK IN PLACE.
IF YOU FEEL IT'S BEEN DAMAGED TRY PULLING A TINY BIT CLOSE TO THE MACHINE (NOT THE USUAL STANDING POSITION). IF THAT WORKS DON'T PULL THE CORD PAST THE YELLOW TAPE ON THE CORD NEXT TIME.
